Morning Karen
"Jem" and I have
just returned from a wonderful off-leash walk in the golf course, down
the street from our home. It was one of those fabulous mornings, when
the city was just beginning to wake up. Jem and I had the pleasure of
strolling in the most beautiful green space and watch nature start it's
day.
During our walk I was overwhelmed with the idea to come home and write
to you - to let you know how much we are in love with our furry friend,
and to let you know how much I appreciated you taking the time and energy
to find the right puppy for our family.
She is our hearts' desire
- she brings a smile to our face every morning when we let her out of
her crate and she bounds up the stairs to wake the sleeping ones with
kisses and snuggles. People smile when they pass her on the street and
on occasion, have run out of stores to pat her and inquire about her.
She walks with confidence and spirit!
We have worked with a trainer
since she arrived - but sessions are rarely needed now as she learns quickly
and is a gentle, social puppy - who of course, loves nothing more than
a chew on a pair of dirty, smelly sneakers when no one is looking. She
is as comfortable walking off leash in the park as she is strolling the
sidewalks on the busy streets of Toronto.
Thank-you for letting her
become part of our lives - after loosing our old golden retriever, we
were a very sad family. Jem has brought us laughter, warmth and many a
story around the dinner table.
I hope you and your family
are well - all the best,
