Basic Training—Age 10 weeks to 14 weeks -
This program teaches the basics. Pups learn how to sit, down, leave it, off, gentle, say hi, relax and walk on a loose lead. Pups will come when they are called. The pup will be trained to sleep in a crate at night. All dogs receive frequent socialization, car rides, walks in unfamiliar places and basic living in the house skills. Grooming skills including holding still for brushing, bathing and nail clipping are introduced. Newly learned skills are practiced in a variety of locations.
Week 1—Orientation to house, house manners, crate training and housetraining.
Introduction to cats, other dogs and household activities.
Learning follow and come exercises, learning to go outside for potty.
Introduction of door manners, off, gentle
Week 2— Introduction of sit and down, leave it.
Continue exposure to new items, people, dogs etc. Car rides in crate.
Introduction of grooming skills on lap.
Week 3-- Introduction of leash work. Walk on loose lead.
Introduction of “Here” command vs informal “come”
Extending previous commands to on leash.
Grooming skills on a table or flat surface. Introduction of stand cue.
Week 4-- Taking it to the Streets.
Proofing the above exercises in a minimum of 6 different locations.
Introduction of “say hi” and appropriate greeting behaviours.
Basic Training Plus—Age 10 weeks to 18 weeks-
All of basic training plus the following cues: go to your mat, stay, loose lead walk with behind or beside commands, and increased exposure to supervised house time.
Week 5—Introduction of mat work. Loose lead walking improved in various locations.
Week 6—Introduction of stay command. Continue mat work with increased distraction.
Week 7 and 8 —Speak and Shush introduced as required.

Premium training package—Age 10 weeks to six months-
All training up to basic plus with the following additional training:
Go to the mat while the doorbell rings.
Advanced housetraining and house manners.
Heeling on leash with automatic sits when you stop.
Targeting(nose touch to target) at a distance.
Beginning retrieve.
Increased distraction proofing of the above commands.

All food and veterinary expenses will be covered by the owner(veterinary insurance is required). Payment is due monthly, in advance of the training. Expenses for food/veterinary care should be reimbursed monthly.
